About Eleos
Order makes room for care
Eleos is a small software company in Melbourne. We build COSMOS — modular software for leads, clients and staff compliance that we tailor to each client's field — and custom software for organisations whose needs don't fit a product.
What the names mean
Two words, in the order they came
Kosmos — κόσμος — is Greek for order. Not neatness; something larger. The Greeks used it for a whole that hangs together, and they set it directly against chaos.
Most of this work starts out scattered — that is simply the shape it arrives in. An enquiry comes into one person's inbox. A client's renewal date lives in a spreadsheet. A staff member's licence expires on a date somebody is quietly keeping track of. None of it is lost; it is just held in a dozen places, by people already carrying a great deal. The hard part is seeing it as one whole. And that matters, because at the end of every one of those records is a person waiting on it.
COSMOS — the Client Operations, Staff Management & Onboarding System — is what it looks like when it all aligns.
The company that builds it is called Eleos — ἔλεος, compassion. That word came first, and deliberately: this work was never really about records and dates. It's about people, and about turning up for them. Order is just what makes room for that.

Production, not demos
Small, fast proofs; then real software that a team relies on every day, tested, documented and hosted properly. COSMOS runs in production for our first client, a registered NDIS provider.
Plain language, honest advice
No jargon, no novelty for its own sake. If AI earns its place we use it; if you don't need us for something, we'll say so.
Where we are
Local, hands-on, accountable
We're based in Melbourne and work closely with the organisations we build for, wherever they are. Our first client, Special Care Australia, is a registered NDIS provider in the south-east of the city — close enough to sit in the room. Every client gets their own instance of COSMOS, hosted in the region they need.
