Lead Management
Every enquiry on one pipeline — web forms, sources, follow-ups due, stalled flags and reports — from first contact to new client.
Ships on its ownCOSMOS · Built for NDIS providers
COSMOS puts the front of an organisation's work in one ordered system: a pipeline from first enquiry to new client, the client register, and staff compliance with expiries flagged early. It was built for NDIS providers and runs every day at Special Care Australia — and we adapt it to other industries, with your stages, fields and words set up for you.
What COSMOS does
Work arrives scattered — an enquiry in one inbox, a client's details in a spreadsheet, a staff check someone is quietly remembering to renew. Each COSMOS module takes one of those problems off the table, and each ships on its own.

Ships on its ownModular by design
Every client gets their own COSMOS instance, and each module is switched on for that instance individually. Start with Lead Management alone, or Employee Onboarding & HR alone — add the others later and they arrive in the same system, already connected: a won lead becomes a client, and a new starter's checks are tracked from day one.

How it flows
Here is the pipeline as we set it up for an NDIS provider. Yours gets the stages that match how your work runs.
Logged the moment it arrives, with its source.
First conversation, needs understood.
The client completes intake; it lands in the record.
Service agreement in place.
Now a client in the register.
Not proceeding is a stage too — a quiet, recorded exit rather than a lead that simply goes silent.
Industries
COSMOS was built for NDIS providers and is live at Special Care Australia. The same modules fit any organisation that turns enquiries into clients and keeps its staff checks current.

In production
Our first client, a registered NDIS provider in Melbourne's south-east, replaced inboxes, paper intake and spreadsheets with one system — referrals, clients and staff compliance in their own branded instance.
“Referrals used to live in three inboxes and a spreadsheet. Now the whole team works from one board, and nothing goes quiet without someone noticing.”— Chitra Vig, Director, Special Care AustraliaRead the case study
Why the name
Kosmos — κόσμος — is Greek for an ordered whole, set directly against chaos. Most work that serves people starts out scattered; that is simply the shape it arrives in. COSMOS is what it looks like when it all aligns.
The company that builds it is called Eleos — ἔλεος, compassion. That word came first, and deliberately: this was never really about records and dates. It's about people, and about turning up for them.
Beyond the product
Line-of-business software for organisations whose needs don't fit a product.
